Legal Question in Family Law in India

Mine was love marriage and my husband family was unaware about it after 18 months of our marriage somehow they get to know it because i belong to s.c caste they are not accepting me they are agarwal now my husband also with him but pretending me that he is all alone i am just 21 please help me i don't want to divorce as i am alone

i have all my sympathies for you but the law does not compel any one to stay with another. at the most you can ask your husband to take care of your basic needs through law but no law would direct your husband to stay with you. however, you may post the entire details.
