what is the minimum lower age limit for a new born baby,so that father can seek the visitation or custody right .is it 5yrs plus????plz reply

There is no minimum age requirements for seeking visitation or custody rights. A father is natural / legal guardian of a child, including a new born baby. The court will take a decision after considering all different aspects of the case.
