What is the minimum period to apply for divorce after marriage? Can a husband apply for divorce within 4 months of marriage?

There is no minimum period prescribed as such. Since your marriage has lasted for just four months, you can file the divorce case under sec. 13 long with an application under Sec. 14 of the Hindu marriage act.
