my misc application accepted in high court, I am not satisfied with my lawyer

Q1-- can i changed my lawyer at this initial stage ?

Q2-- whether i should file another VAKALATNAMA Or what to do?

You can change your lawyer but you have get consent for change from your present lawyer.

Yes, you can. If case is pending in Family Court, change of vakalath is not necessary.
