Misue use 498a cases
In India what happend i don't know, every eduction girls are making this kind of alligations. othewise she will tell, i have a rights to put 498a cases to your family like that she will speak. why indian courts are giving this kind of chance without investigation how they accept 498a cases from girls side. Before accepting 498a cases please investigate weather it's false/true case(even muder cases also police man first investigate then it will start rest of the things..)
I am requeting as a indian governaments, courts and polices please investigate before accept the FIR from the girls side then you apply reset of the things....
Courts and indian governament are giving good gift 498a cases for girls only, please utlize in proper way don't spoil life you and others. 498a case look like a autobomb please utlize in prpery way otherwise to spoil entire nature.

498A was added to protect hapeless women from the brutality of wrong-doers. In majority of cases the husbands had been committing untold miseries and cruelty against women just out of greed for more dowry and/or at the asking of their moms or sisters.
Traditionally, most of the husbands still prefer to be 'their Mom's son' and not the darling of their better half.
the men folk need to understand the importance of marriage and learn caring their beloved wives.
The DVA is a recent addition to the statute book to prevent frauds and exploitation of women by men.
I would rather consider 498-A and DVA as a progressive step of Indian Parliament. The criticism of these provisions is coming mostly from those who believe in fuedalism and who do not want to respect women in society.
