i am mit, got married on 2007 subseqently i found my wife is suffering from phizophrenia,initially i tried to treat her latter on i become hopeless ,i even got doctors certifacate.i filed divorce case on 2008 .we both are living seperated since then .Till now iam not getting any right path .moreover their are so loopholes of law.My counterpart adv is very ferocious .plz help me to get early divorce.And if i dont get divorce is it possible to do second marriage

Your last question first : No, you cannot go for a second marriage till your first marriage is dissolved by the court.
