my mom died 5 months back and my dad also went off a week back, how wl the property be distributed among 2 daughters and 1 elder brother then? i m one of the daughter of the same parents, my bhabi interferes a lot in this property deals. she fights with both the daughters for property.

The three of you are equal share holders. It may be better to reach an amicable 'family settlement' and divide the entire property in three shares. If you do not reach mutual settlement, you may have to go to court seeking partition.
