Legal Question in Family Law in India

my mom died 5 months back and my dad also went off a week back, how wl the jewellery of my mom wl be distributed among 2 daughters and 1 elder brother then? i m one of the daughter of the same parents, my bhabi interferes a lot in this deal. she fights with both the daughters for the same. and what about the home of my daddy? my bhabi scolds both the daughters NOT TO STAY in the home as it is only of MY BROTHER, is it Legally appropriate?

NO SHE IS WRONG.

Now law has changed. On whole property and jewellery, all of you (Brother and two sisters) have equeal right and will be devided between 2 daughters and 1 son. your bhabi has no role in it. For any other assistance plz contact the undersign;
