we know how money has become the powerful weapon for rich people these days..
I`m married but my in-laws are financially very strong even with a good influence in the society.. i have all the evidences to prove my marriage in court.. Right now my wife is under their control.. I dont want to take divorce at all because we both underwent lots of pain to keep up our relation.. But if they succed in blackmailing her emotionally and apply divorce on her behalf then what should i talk to convince the court in my favour??

even if she files a petition for divorce under the influence of her parents, you can contest the same and also mention in reply that your wife filed the petition without her free consent and under undue influence and duress. it is she who has to break these shackles of worthless emotions and come back to you.
