I had a two three month baby. wife at her father home for delivary.i looked after her well but small arguments were there. now her father enlarged the problems and not even allowing my small girl kid to keep her name. wife is also acting surprisingly as her father what to do sir.

try to reconcile the matter with help of relatives.
Give her enough space for developing understanding of situation and to know you better. Do not hurry up things. just keep visiting them off and on showering her and the child with all possible gifts. stay cool. do not think of any legal recourse. You also need to make payment of maintenance amount to your wife while she is living in her parents' house. You need to re-build trust and confidence and win her back.
