hi months ago we got love marrige in temple bieng a an intercaste marrage i belongs to low caste than girls caste so after comframise in police station that we wont interfeier in our marrage life and now from past one month their my wifes family menbers are harrasing her like to come return we will do you a marrage again and plan to take away her to village and actually we are happy with our marraige life, so please sugest that what can we do legally.

you may file a writ petition in the high court and seek the desired remedy against in laws. in case you cannot afford a high court lawyer, seek the help of legal service authority situate in every high court.
