My mother denied to postman to take summons on my name of DV act, that me (pradeep) not stay with them they returned the summons now wat happen we allneed to present on the date of that summons?Dv act is criminal case or some othr case pls reply?And plz guide if we not present on that dv act case date?

Ur presence depends upon the note written by the postman. So better to consult any local lawyer. he will check the status and told u what to do exactly.
