Legal Question in Family Law in India

My mother was die july 2007 we are 3 sons my father got second marriage on 2009 September But my father having lands, house on my father name my father working in govt job he will retirement on 2013 at the time retirement he will get money we are eligible for that amount and my father second wife also eligible for that lands please give solution.

sorry, if your father is the sole earner of all the all the proerties from his income, then he is free to give the properties to any body. you can not calim from your father as matter of right except that of co-parcenary proeprty
