How can my mother get divorce from my drunkard father.He has been using domestic abuse and violence on her since many years.He accuses her of having relationships with every other man she speaks to;while he himself is a pervert.He has been unemployed for more than 3 years.He doesn't want to divorce her.Please tell me the procedure to file and get the divorce.Thanks
