Legal Question in Family Law in India

My mother expired when i was 1 y old and my father married again , my father purchase 1 property to name of my step mother on agreement base , but she is not a incometax payer.the property registry done after my father death of 2 years . and my father died 3 years ago

Can i have any legal right in this property or not.

I have a sister and from my step mother one brother and sister also(both minors),my real sister is also married.

Kindly Help.

You have no right or share in your step mothers property which was purchased by your father in your step mothers name.
