Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am mother of 3 kids my husband is living with another lady and my father in law support him. my father in law is a very influential and powerful person and ex-politician. he is the person who plays a main role in ruin my life. as my father in law is a prospective person so he made all of his property is in his name and now he is saying that he will not give as single penny to me and my kids . so kindly suggest me what to do, whether my kids have a right in his property (self earned). my kid's age is 12,10 and 5 years.
