Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Mother in law is having her own house. She was given that house to live to me and my husband. I was staying there since 11 months but husband and his family( Which are already staying in anonther city) left the flat after 3 months of marrige when i filed a 498a against him. Now those peoples entered in the house in my absence and not allowing me enter into house since 7th November'2010 when i came back from my mother's house after diwali vacation(4 days) but my domestic violence case is file on 17th September'2010. But judge is not giving order to live me there due to opponent are not coming into court and their advocates asking for time to submit their say. This happened 5 times in the court.

What step I have to take? My jewlellary also in their custody(Bank Locker). How I will get it back. I am not having any property. Doing only job on Rs.15000 per month. Husband getting Rs.35000 pre month. Grandfather is having own Bunglow which price goes upto 1 croore and grand mother having own flat of Rs.35 lacs. Husband transferred all money by her mother name but this thing i can't prove because i don't know the name of investment where he invested money of Rs. 10 lacs?

In this case, If i take divorce then what type of settlement is possible in the court . How much money i will get through the court, so that why i can settle me and how much time it will be taken? What are the advocates fees?

Since you are already pursuing a case in courts, it may be better to seek advice from your counsel who is conducting the case. For claiming your istridhan - jewellary etc. - you may file a criminal case with the local police.
