Legal Question in Family Law in India
My mother in law paased away 5 years ago. she owns a landed property. She did excuted a registed will for some of her propeties But she did not write any will for a vacant site. My wife's brother claims that my mother in law gifted this vancat site throguh a will. But ther is no any rigiestred will. We beleive if at ther is unregisterd will it must be a forged one. How do we proceed for our legal share?
