Legal Question in Family Law in India
My mother registered her will in the presence of 2 witnessess. She also had the entire proceedings videographed. A copy of the video has been registered with her lawyer and another person who is the trustee. If she now wants to make minor changes in the same will, will the above video hold good or does she have to go through the entire process again? She just wants to make minor changes in the will regarding her ornaments which were sold and hence she does not want this included in the will. Thank you.

She has to go through the same procedure again to give an authenticity to her will as her will will be operative after her demise and not otherwise.......Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
