Legal Question in Family Law in India

First motion of mutual divorce has been filed and date after six months has been given by the court.

Q1- what would be the process of filing second motion now?

Q2- Does both the petitioners need to file 2nd motion or they simply need to appear on the date given by the court?

Q3 - What would court ask now? or how should a person behave in front of the court?

Q4 - why court has given date ? does it mean that first motion is still pending?

second motion needs to be filed the same way first motion was filed. both the parties need to sign the petition and affidavit and then appear before the court on the fixed date. once first motion is allowed, the parties may say that they want divorce as there are no chances of patch up. the date may be fixed for orders on first motion.
