in first motion what should be points to be written so that the girl cannot do any legal or illegal case till divorce if at second motion boy cannot arrange the balance alimoney in time which is mentioned in mutual affidevit.
the lawyer is from girl side who is making drafting. and case is pending in cawc and we agree a sum of rs 3 lakh which is divided in two instalments one on first motion and remaing on final divorce.
girl can file 498a or other case related to marriage act after the first motion passed.
sir pls advice me .
and what time i will get from court if on second motion i am unable to arrage the money.

you hire a lawyer from your side as well who would go through the draft prepared by the girl s lawyer and then include the clauses favourable to you.
Mutual consent means both the parties have consented and agreed to whatever is mentioned in the petition that includes the alimony as well. You would be having 6 to 18 months for your 2nd motion petition to be filed and i hope you would arrange that money in this period of time.
