i am 100% innocent and i have all proves and recordings girl have no proof of what the charges they framed is just printened format of lawyers when girl approch in fabricated case for sake of money only.
girl side have good image in their locality. but thruth is thruth. and with proof and media how girl one side women ask for protection and oher side the girl do a role of wamp. i am ready to spend money on media to highlight the case so people fro girl side came to know what girl demamd for divorce.
as eveyone know nothing is taken in dowry and list of 20 lakh is given in women cell.
pls adive me i may approch the press or not

Sir, I am not saying that your idea is bad one. Media has always diluted the trial. It gives the opponent an opportunity to make a strategy on the basis of cards opened in the media, which otherwise will always take them by surprise. There are certain things which one should leave to God. I even do not know what is the stage of your case. Given the situation, I will not approach the press or any other form of media until the investigation is complete and charge sheet has been filed with the court. From several matters, one would realise that success had been faster where there was no media. Rest, it is your prerogative. because one goes to media or one does not go to media is not a legal question or one has to look into law to answer it.
