problem is about the date of filling the petition as she left in june 2010 and marriage was in march 2010. but they force me file affidavid where i have to write she left home ( date of sepration to be in march 2010. but i do not want to cheat our law .
i want only to file petition in june 2011 as one year of separation.
i have no money left for hiring good advocate .

in case you have no money left for hiring a good advocate, you may approach the legal service authority established in every court.

What is the problem? File your petition in june 2011. You can approach legal aid services in your district court of your city and they would take care of your case expenses etc.

If you are in New Delhi, you may go to Patiala House Legal Aid Office or Saket Legal Aid Office for filing your divorce petition. It is all free for women. You have to just fill one form and you have the legal aid.

I agree. Do not make false statement. You file the petition in June 2011 which is not that far, any way.
