Mr. goel sir ,previously i seen your answer that if father not at all interested in his child and don't want to take any responsibility then atleast 7 years if he don't meet the child nor seen him then mother is only have right to take decision regarding welfare of her child .am i right or not?

The Guardianship Courts generally lean in favour of 'status quo' and the existing arrangement is rarely disturbed unless the person in custody disqualifies herself/himself. The paramount consideration for the court is "welfare of the minor".
