Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Mr. Kalra and Mr. Pawse,

Thanks for the reply but am aware that adoption requires consent of both mother and father.

But what is the sense of this law? A divorce happens when things dont work between two people.

And after a bitter divorce everybody knows that one party will never agree with the wishes of the other, even though giving consent would be for the betterment of the child.

Please tell me is there no way out of this problem?

You never mentioned anything with regard to your Divorce in your query. What is the status of the child in the final order of divorce ? Please inform.

Divorce in law is between husband and wife and therefore the relation between father and mother with children remains unaffected
