Legal Question in Family Law in India

Mr. Khaleel married one Ms Zaheera in the year 2005 according to Muslim personal law they were living in Hyderabad. On 15- 2 -2007 Kaleel married again on MS Fatima during the life time of his first wife. Ms Zaheera the first wife claiming separate residence and maintenance. What is the legal position?
