Legal Question in Family Law in India

but mr patil it is not wastage of time of court and innocent partner where the whole case starts from a beginning i red in newspaper now highcourt and supreme court has made some changes in law and no one can play with this kind of situation. please clear

dear client if one of partner is not ready for mutual divorce then court cannot force him.
