Nothing as you mean Mr. Rajiv Gupta sir , i want to be peace i am grouning.In fact we got married in 2005 from that day till now we would have lead life together may be only for 3 yrs that to with several.... breaks not continuously.One more important matter those people(in-laws) they never had courtesy of intimating about my child`s birth too, i saw my son only at the age of 2yrs,like this there are many many draw backs but i was giving up myself may be tomorrow she do well i was keep on giving enough chances to her but she never changed herself even now we are not together she left me 7 months back, that`s why finally i came to the conclusion of divorcing.If you could help or guide pls do it, i will be very thankful to you.

U can file divorce but u have to pay maintenance to her or full and final alimony if she agree for divorce by mutual consent so I suggest to talk with her if u both can not reside with each other
you can file case under section 9 if you want her to be with you or file divorce and consult any local lawyer.

if you want to cohabit with her file case for restitution of conjugal rights otherwise issue legal notice and file divorce case.
