Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello. thanks mr. sanjay kalra and global legist . please tell me which provision of law is relevant to decide this confusion or if u have nay citation , i'll be highly obliged:- my question is :- the suit property is purchased by father and his major son jointly. son died. whether the wife of deceased son that is daughter in law has any right over the suit property? which section of succession act or other law is relevant. plssssssssssss its urgent.
