Legal Question in Family Law in India

Mr Sanjay Khara, they married in India, the child are 6 & 2 yrs old. She have not made any compliant yet anywhere not in India nor in US. Same time can we offer his husband a chance to become more human by giving a legal notice. So we do not have to take harsh action of divorce. Because its a matter of almost three lives which will become more difficult at the end of divorce as we know.
