Sir do I need any proof if I go for 498A or 406.. coz i dont have anything like his email or any evidence tht he used to torture me.. for bringing dowry.

one more question sir.. does any medical report considered in Indian court as an evidence ?? actually the medical report which he has is from Singapore..

what is mental crealty exactly how can he proov tht in the court.. ?

Your statement should be a proof of cruelty suffered by you. The medical report from singapore should be acceptable. Mental cruelty is verbal abuses and creating mental tension by wrongful behaviour.
