Legal Question in Family Law in India

Is it possible in Mumbai to get a divorce by just going down to the court and sine the papers?

I have no kids or money to split and it is a mutual divorce. Or do you have to have a reason for divorce and If yes what are the reasons.

It may be no fault divorce by mutual consent under section 13 B of Hindu Marriage Act. Both have to jointly file first motion, appear in court and sign statement of no claims except divorce followed by another motion after six months in the same court. the court will then grant the decree of divorce
