i am a muslim girl and divorced according to shia law ,i have a child of 5yr and i am now married to a hindu guy but my first husband wants the child back now ,he made contarct with me at the time of divorce stating that i will handover the child custody after the child is 5 but i wa force to enter into this agrrment as he will have not handed my son's custody to me at the time of divorce ,had i not signed the MOU.Please advice as my new husband is very suppotive in keeping the child custody nad has turned out to be a be a much better gaurdian of the child as compared to my exhusband

if you sign that agreement and your child is less than 5 then you may take custody of your child. coz once you sign that agreement it is applicable on both of you.
