Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a muslim girl married in 2010.my husband works in kuwait and now in april 2012 is shifting to saudi arabia. my husband is not ready to give me divorce but says he will do 2nd marriage in saudi..how can i get him back to india for divorce?or can i do legal work from india and call him legaly from saudi?? or complain in saudi police abt him?

You can do lot of legal things against your husband by sitting in India. You can file a petitions before the CWC and the Domestic violence act etc.
