Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a muslim girl,i have some health issues,my husband feels that i had them before marriage and it was hidden from him, wants to leave me,he is forcing me to agree for a mutual seperation.i want to live with him.if i agree for a seperation will i get my stridhan.I have left my job because of him.Can i claim for maintenance and for how long can i take that.

You may seek appropriate remedies under the Muslim Women (protection of rights on divorce) Act, 1986. You may also seek appropriate remedy under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
