I am a muslim girl,my husband is come with a fatwa which states that he has told talaq to me in three different places,but the fact is i am living with my parents in their house and have never met him and never heard him telling.But acccording to their fatwa- talaq has taken place-it means that i am divorced.my question is-is this talaq valid,second question-i want to demand compensation from him as he has deserted me and does not maintain me,how should i do it.third question-how much should i demand him his salary is aroung 80,000 per month.

First you have to challange that fatwa and in alternate you may demand your mehar.
