Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am muslim lady who has spent all salaries from last 4 years on house expenses.My husband has used money from my salary in cash form only for purchasing house.I am not coborrower of house.Can I claim for house in this case?

you need to prove that you contributed towards the purchase of the house and only then you may file a suit for claiming co ownership of the house.
