Legal Question in Family Law in India

re: Muslim law..........

Thanks Mr. goel. But some lawyers say that it is still valid in india and blindly judges follow this rule of triple talaq, and some judges dont follow. is that true? I am a victim of this evil. i want to know what is the exact situation. my current case is in delhi under ASJ. DV got dissmissed due to the same in lower court without any interim relief. Moreover judge said that i want to take revenge thats why i filed the case. it hurts so much to see this. Please answer

You may have a strong legal case. However, you need to pursue your remediies properly and a little more aggressively.

You may consider challenging the orders passed by the ASJ before the High Court.
