Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a muslim man and abput two years ago i divorced my wife as per muslim rituals and it is also settled on a rs 10 stamp paper duly sighned by my wife her father and two other witness. now the problem is she filed false cases against me and my family of maintenence and domestic violence which are under progress but no output has come. some days ago she writes to SSP also and want to register a fir against me and my family under 498a and other section which the SSP forwrd to my local police station when the SI comes to our place we show her the divorce deed she writes in her answer to SSP that all the matter settled so there is no fir . now after this she again filed a case under 156/3 against us again the megistrate forwrd the report to local police station and again the SI reply the same now the magistrate fixed the date for order. i dont know what to do what shl i do if megistrate order for fir against us. kindly reply me ASAP

As per court order police officer has to register Fir bun in investigation he will give the same finding. so dont worry abt it.
