Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a muslim man and i am also government employee, my wife file a 498 case against me.and now my in low family threating to me and my brother to kill.my wife brother is a criminal he also was in jail for murder case 7 years.so please advise me how can solve the my problem can i give the divorce now or i can do the another marraige.
