Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a Muslim. Because of mismatch my wife along with my female(15) and male(12) children deserted me after 31/2 years of our marriage which took place before 15 years. I have only visiting right of one hour weekly at her parent's house where she is living.But due to continued humiliations I received during my visits I could not visit regularly.I discussed the matter with advocates who could not guide me properly. Now my wife is approaching Muslim forums for getting Kula. I do not want to loose the relation of my children for ever as they expect. Is it possible to get the custody back? Is it lawful for me to marry another woman? will it have any impact on getting the custody? I am deeply depressed because of the issue. Please reply at the earliest.
