A muslim widow(issue less)remarraiges to another muslim then what is the result of the immovable property of her husband? or she can inherit the property of her deceased husband?

What is the sequence of events, what happened first, remarriage or demise of her first husband. If her husband dies and she married after inheriting the property, then it is hers.
