Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a muslim wife.My husband always kick me off the house saying that it is his house as he owns it.Can he legally do this?If not then what shall I do to stop him from doing it again and again?

No he cannot do it..you may complaint the same in police.

no it is not legal. file a case of domestic violence / file police complaint

Yes ,he can kick you out but you can do the same as well by filing a criminal case against him.
