i am muslim woman age 38 in 1994 i got married to a muslim person in goa he harresed me a lot so i came back in mumbai on 2004 with two kids than on 2007 i took divoce that tim,e he didnt gave me any thing any maintence for my kids than on 2010 i got married to a married person he also came in my life for money purpose and suddenly after 2 years he stop coming to my house i want to know whether there is any law to that my second husband y he had done so and he have to give me equally right which he is giving to his first wife

dear client u have equal status as off first wife. u can ask maintenance for u from yr second husband and u can also ask maintenance for yr kids from first husband. for any legal help call me on 7350245883

if ur second husband is muslim u have equal right for her self otherwise ur second marriage is null and void but u have right to get maintenance and residence orders from him and ur children can get maintenance from their real father
