mutal divorce

i am not intrested in mutal divorce but my wife parents and forcing her to do how many days it will take to get a divorce.

It takes less than 6 months if you go for mutual consent divorce.

There is force possible in a 'mutual consent' divorce. The court records statements of both the parties at the time of filing of the petition; and again after six months. If there is any force against any party, s/he may let the judge know and the divorce will not be granted. It may usually take about seven months for a mutual divorce if both the parties are agreeable.
