mutual consent divorce
if a husband and wife divorce with a mutual consent ..what all things does the wife get back. does she also gets the money that was spent by her parents

yes, she does; she is also entitled to receive all the gifts/shaguns/jewellary given by her to her husband and in-laws; Besides, she is entitled to a lump sum amount for maintenance / alimony for life as per the living standard of the husband.

mutual consent divorce means that both the husband and wife have settled their dispute regarding money, stridhan etc. and now they want to end up their relation by a decree of divorce. unless the issue of money spent by your parents is resolved, how could there be divorce by mutual consent.
