mutual consent divorse

whether divorse through familiy arangement on the stamp paper by mutual consent is valid. or we have to register it with the court

Such divorce has no legal validity.you must have to get decree of divorce from competent court of law.You have to approach the court and must have to file divorce case by mutual consent.

You have to file a Petition in the Family Court for Divorce by mutual consent.It takes minimum of 6 months to decree of divorce from Family Court.

No Divorce Arrangement on Stamp paper is valid.

No, a divorce is not valid unless there is a court decree. To get a divorce, you have to file an application in the court having jurisdiction over the place where you reside, or the marriage was performed.

you have to obtain a decree from the family court so you have to file a divorce petition. no divorce is valid on the stamp paper

the divorce has to be granted by a court of law; you may file a petition seeking divorce by mutual consent; the court usually takes about 7 months in passing a final decree of divorce. the divorce by family arrangement on a stamp paper or without a stamp paper has no legal force and is not valid.
