In mutual divorce, maintenance by court is necessary or can it be settled through out-of-court agreement?

The maintenance - one time permanent alimony or any monthly amount - can be settled by way of amicable out-of-court agreement by the parties which may become part of divorce decree.

It will be settled out of court and in the Mutual agreement sign between both the parties.

in a mutual consent, the maintenance, alimony, custody of children etc. has to be settled before putting the signatures on the petition for divorce by mutual consent. it is advisable to enter an agreement before hand as advised by Mr. Grover.
