for mutual divorce if one party is ready and second isn't dan how to make them convenience..?

If one of the parties is not ready, there CANNOT be any MUTUAL divorce.

unless the consent of both the parties free from fraud, coercion, misrepresentation, duress, undue influence etc...there can be no divorce.
