My name is nageswara rao a central govt employee

My daughter- in-law filed domestic violence case against my son,wife and me

in addition to 498(a)

We got bail for all of us for 498(A)

This is a new case of Domestic violence 9(b) & 37(2) (c) filed

against us

The court asked us to appear on 9/4/2010

What is the seriousness of this case we don't know

The case was filed at Hyderabad and we are staying at visakhapatnam

Can you please advise us in this regard
